Elegantly furnished and designed for comfort, the Vineyard Suite features an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and a spacious outdoor terrace. Fully air-conditioned, the suite is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, washer and dryer, cable TV, and a CD player with radio. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a reading balcony, and a luxurious private bath with a claw-foot bathtub, separate shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom offers two single beds, while the third has a queen bed, with two additional bathrooms featuring showers.

Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 12:00 PM. If you need a late check-out, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. To guarantee a late check-out and room access, you can book an additional night.

Check-In Time: Check-in is from 3:00 PM. For early arrivals, we recommend securing your room from the night before to guarantee availability upon arrival.

Hotel Room Levy: A mandatory Government Hotel Room Levy of US $4.38 per room per night applies for all stays from July 1, 2018, onwards. This levy is payable at check-out by cash or credit card.

Deposit Requirements: A 3-night deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival (5 January – 15 April) or within 14 days (16 April – 14 December) will result in forfeiture of the deposit. For stays between 15 December and 4 January, a 7-night deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Full payment becomes non-refundable upon final balance payment.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance. If we can re-let the room for the full booking period, no charge will apply. Early check-outs will forfeit the deposit for cancelled nights. There are no refunds for early departures, and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the stay.
