No charge for 1 extra child (under 12 years) sharing 1 or 2 bedroom suite on rollaway

CANCELLATION POLICY
We recommend that you take out insurance against the possibility
of cancellation fees which are as follows:

Yuletide/ Winter/ Spring: –The following scale of charges will apply:
Cancellations within: 45-30 days 25% /, 29-14 days 75% /, 13 days or less 100%. 

Summer season – Cancellations within 14 days of arrival a charge of 3 nights room rate will be imposed

No refunds will be made after guest arrival (year round)

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Summer: A 3 night deposit is required in the summer season Apr-Dec,
Christmas/Winter/Spring seasons.: A 7 night deposit is required
For reservations of less than 7 nights, full payment is required
at the time of booking and acts as the deposit

PLEASE NOTE: 
CHECKOUT-TIME: Is 12 Noon. In the event where there is a late departure we shall try our utmost to accommodate guests as best as possible.
To guarantee a late check-out and use of the room clients have the option to book their room for an additional night.
CHECK-IN TIME: Is 15:00hrs: Therefore early arrivals who wish to guarantee their accommodation to be available upon arrival have the option to pay for their room from the night prior to actual early arrival.
