No charge for 1 extra child (under 12 years) sharing 1 or 2 bedroom suite on rollaway.

Cancellation policy

We recommend that our guests take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation fees, which are as follows:

Yuletide through Spring season – "No Shows" and cancellations within twenty-eight (28) days of arrival a charge of three (3) nights room rate will be imposed. In the case of early checkouts the three (3) night deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.

Summer season – "No Shows" and cancellations within fourteen (14) days of arrival a charge of three (3) nights room rate will be imposed. In the case of early checkouts the three (3) night deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.

For all seasons, if accommodation is re–let for the full period of the booking there will be no cancellation charge. In the event where the reservation is for less than seven (7) nights – full prepayment is required and held as a deposit against the booking.

Please Note:

CHECKOUT TIME: Is 12 Noon. In the event where there is a late departure we shall try our utmost to accommodate guests as best as possible. To guarantee a late check-out and use of the room clients have the option to book their room for an additional night.

CHECKIN TIME is 15:00hrs: Therefore early arrivals who wish to guarantee their accommodation to be available upon arrival have the option to pay for their room from the night prior to actual early arrival.
