Get the Car-Rental company man to draw a line on the map for you as follows: As you exit the airport you come to a Roundabout take the 2nd turning off to the WEST COAST Follow this ABC HIGHWAY for about 8 kms … During this time you will traverse “straight-over” three (3) roundabouts ( #1 Oistins / #2 Kendal with a TEXACO gas station on the left ) and then #3 Top Rock - in that order) You will then come to yet another round-about this one has a STATUE OF GARFIELD SOBERS (Cricket-bat) - take the 2nd. Exit (you will see a large office block on your right SAGICOR Insurance) GET INTO THE RIGHT HAND LANE .... and then immediately - there is a set of Traffic Lights. Take the right turn-(there is a Shell Gas station on yr immediate left and the C&W cricket pitch on your right). Drive about 200 mts to another set of lights (Cable & Wireless - Large white building is on your right). Go straight-on at these lights (up a small hill) – some warehouses on your right. Follow this road - about 1 1/2 km – through another set of lights (CBC–TV & the Pine Hill Dairy are on your right) Go straight on through at these lights then down a small hill. You are approaching a round-about (you will see the ‘rear-end’ of the Emancipation Slave Statue!! ) This is in fact another Round-about - go straight over ………….. we love our round-abouts!!!!!!! (You will see large supermarket on your right ... you will see on your left) Continue along main high way until another Roundabout (Called the NORMAN NILES roundabout) Go straight over.................. ahead of you is a long straight road about 3kms) we call this area The Belle. At the end of this long road is another round about - go straight over (TheCLYDE WALCOTT roundabout) After about 1 1/2 km - you come to another Round – (This is the EVERTON WEEKS round-about) As you approach this Round-about - you will see ahead of you ( on the left – the Land-Rover/BMW dealer. .... Go straight over this round-about ……. (You will then see Cheffette on your left) and another roundabout. (- SIMPSON MOTORS (Suzuki) on your rght) Go all the way around the Round-about and head along the Highway. (with Simpson Mtrs on your right) Travel about 3kms and you come to a set of traffic light (SHELL Gas station on your left) Go straight ahead and follow the road. ( Bagatelle Great house is on your Right after about 1km) From the lights – after about 3kms - you will see a sign on your left for SANDY LANE hotel: DO NOT TAKE THIS ROAD. After another 1 1/2 kms later you come to a roundabout (with a church - St.Thomas's church - this is on your LEFT ……… this is called the LAWRENCE JOHNSON roundabout) take this turning left at the church. This will take you down a hill to HOLETOWN (about 2 1/2km) At The bottom there is a T-junction TURN RIGHT (There is a Methodist church on your left - You will see GAYES boutique (yellow) - ahead of you and Olives restaurant (obliquely across the road to the right) at the T-junction . Turn right and then follow the signs for the FISH POT restaurant. These are placed about 1km apart. Follow this coast road. After about 7 kms you will come to the traffic lights at Speightstown. Go straight ahead ... in 1km there is ALMOND BEACH VILLAGE on your left In another 2/3 km there is PORT ST.CHARLES on your left In another 1 km there is the fishing village of SIXMENS Drive through the village and as the road veers to the right (by the boats) - Turn LEFT immediately (you will see a number of boats and a Stand Pipe** TURN LEFT HERE) ** ask rental man about this. . We are located about 250mts down the road… on the right …….The Car Park is on the RIGHT & The office is at the top of the stairs (on your left.) The drive should take about 1hr or up to 1 ½ hrs (or give us a call on 439-2604 - should you get lost).
